EDI and Research Consulting Services
I offer a range of research, facilitation, and training services as an independent consultant. They include, but are not limited to:
-Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate policies and procedures with attention to intersectionality and equity, making recommendations for improved policies based on best practices and organizational needs
-Consulting with leadership to strengthen policies’ responsiveness to employees', clients', and users’ identities, as well as interconnected systems of oppression
-Designing organization-specific guidelines for inclusive research & development (R&D) practices based on in-depth interviews with researchers, users, and other stakeholders in the R&D process
-Providing expert guidance on integrating gendered and racial dimensions of sustainability in strategic planning processes
-Facilitating training, learning, and workshops on gender, race, inclusion, and equity
